Board of Directors

The BID is run by directors from our district made up of property owners, commercial tenants and residential tenants. These board members are elected by their respective representatives .    All elected directors serve on a volunteer basis for  either a 2 or 5 year term. 

In addition, appointed and representatives of public officials serve on our Board.   Day to day operations are overseen by an Executive Director, appointed by the Board of Directors. The BID Executive Director reports to the BID Board and the NYC Department of Small Services.
