Halloween SPOOKY-tacular

On Sunday, October 25, 2009 from 1:00pm to 4:00pm the North Flatbush Avenue BID presented its 3rd Annual Halloween Spooky-tacular hosted by the Pacific Street Bears Community Garden. 150 Neighbors from the  Park Slope and Prospect Heights community came out to enjoy the sunshine, free pumpkins and decorating, face painting, spooky story telling by the Unicef Fairy, picture taking and goody bags filled with treats. The BID was proud to have Monroe and Diane Allison join us, as the son and daughter in law of Clyde Allison, the founder of “Trick or Treat for Unicef”. The visitors had a chance to win a childs boy/girl halloween costume with the BID’s $1.00 Raffle and they had a chance to walk along the scary graveyard.
